Futures Exchanges

	1.	The Exchange set rules for standardized contract and determines
		Rules must be approved by CFTC
		Size
		Grades
		Delivery Locations
		Delivery Months

	2.	Exchange set which contracts have Price Limits
		Set the max value contract change during trading session
		Each exchange establishes daily settlement prices
		The min variation is Tick and set by the exchange

	3.	Afiliation to a Clearing House
		Creator of contracts
		Does not trade, own or take positions
		Exhange members are individuals

	4.	Exchanges DO NOT do the following
		Calculate Margin Requirements...the Clearing House does
		Once the position is established the cleringhouse NOT the Exchange measures margin on deposit
		Clearing house calls for additional or variation margin not the Exchange

	5.	Exchange approves Warehouse for Delivery
		An exchange may approve several warehouses to accept delivery
		The Buyer has no say to location of delivery
		The Seller determines where delivery be made
		The warehouse inspects the commodity not the buyer
